Professional Organizing Services

IN HOME ORGANIZING     

  • Work alone or side by side with client to purge and begin sorting 

  • Organization of contents 

  • Repurposing and/or purchasing of products for longterm organization

  • Reconfigure current organization systems (when applicable) 

  • Design assistance and planning of wall systems and/or work with a contractor or handyman for installation of built-in systems for higher end customization (Contractor/Handyman fees are separate)

  • $100/hour or as quoted (1 Professional Organizer)

  • $150/hour (Team of two)

ENTIRE HOME SET-UP

  • Whether you're already living in your home, or you're about to move into your home, this service is ideal for the client who wants to take a vacation, and return to a home that's been organized from top to bottom. This is a popular option for clients who are in a smaller scale home (i.e., under 2000 sq ft). Because this type of project requires 7-9 consecutive days, it's best to book with us 4-6 weeks in advance to guarantee availability. For homes larger than 2000 sq ft, please book with us 6-8 weeks in advance to guarantee availabilty.

CORPORATE ORGANIZING

  • Detailed organization of files and office space

 

  • Repurposing and/or purchasing of products for desks/cabinets etc..

 

  • $150/hour or as quoted (1 Professional Organizer)

 

  • $200/hour or as quoted (Team of two

TRAVEL SERVICES

  • Clients who live in the Bay Area but are located outside of a 30 mile radius are charged $50/hour for travel time. 

 

  • Outside of the Bay Area- $1000/day (1 Professional Organizer) + airfare, hotel/airbnb if guest house isn't located on the property, and rental car fee. 

ESTATE SERVICES

  • Because Estate Services require several people, and sometimes require junk removal etc.. pricing for this service is quoted after evaluating the situation and client needs. 

 

 

 

HOARDING SERVICES

  • Due the health risks that occur with hoarding- dust, odors, mold, mildew, and decaying waste etc...these projects require a team of people + waste and/or junk removal and specialized property cleaning. Pricing is quoted after the project has been evaluated. 

  *All clients working with Organized Home Co will receive an exclusive discount at Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn (inclusive of PB Kids/Teen), Mark and Graham, West Elm, Rejuvenation, and The Container Store.
